Temco has developed a variant using polyurethane discs, with yarn characteristics after texturing that, based on laboratory tests, are particularly interesting. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The advantages are especially notable for PA yarns with counts up to 50 dtex:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Greater elasticity of the finished fabric after dyeing \u2022 Improvement in the appearance and &#8220;hand&#8221; of the fabric, softer to the touch \u2022 More efficient production aspects: machines can texture at higher speeds compared to ceramic \u2022 &#8220;Cleaner&#8221; processing compared to ceramic<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tests were performed with warp-knit fabrics.
